1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Eskigraf ("Eskigraf", "we") collects, uses and protects information about people who visit eskigraf.com.tr (the "Site") or fill in its contact form. Eskigraf is based in Eskişehir, Türkiye and is responsible for this processing.

2. What we collect

  • What you send through the contact form: name, company, email, country and your message
  • Technical data about how the Site is used (IP address, browser and device, pages visited) — collected by Google Analytics 4, and only with your consent
  • Cookies (see below)

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your request or message — legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract
  • To understand and improve how the Site performs — legal basis: your consent
  • To meet our legal obligations

4. Cookies

The Site uses three kinds of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — needed for the Site to work; no consent required.
  • Analytics cookies — used by Google Analytics 4 to measure visits. They run only with your consent.
  • Advertising cookies — used by Google Ads, only with your consent, to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries.

We do not use session recording.

No analytics or advertising cookie is set before you consent. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie Preferences at the bottom of every page, or delete and block cookies in your browser settings. If you decline, Google still receives cookieless, non-identifying signals used only for aggregate measurement.

5. Who else processes your data

We use these service providers: Hostinger for hosting, Google (Gmail) to deliver contact-form messages to us, Google Analytics 4 for usage statistics, and Google Ads to measure our advertising. Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We use no email-marketing software and no payment provider on this Site. Beyond these providers, your data is not shared with third parties unless the law requires it.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

7. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete
  • delete your data, or restrict how we use it
  • object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format

You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time via Cookie Preferences. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
